By using OrbitDots you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service provides

OrbitDots provides real-time collaborative rooms for group prioritization, along with optional account features such as email sign-in (via a one-time code) and saved hosting preferences. Rooms are collaborative spaces, not guaranteed long-term data stores.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or submit harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to disrupt the service through automated abuse, spam, or denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt to access rooms or data you are not authorized to view
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service

Content responsibility

You are responsible for any content you submit (room titles, card text, participant names). We do not monitor or moderate content in real-time but reserve the right to remove content or rooms that violate these terms.

No warranty

OrbitDots is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OrbitDots and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
